Message	Ok so basicaly you could start stealing cars like crazy in Las Vegas and you wouldent have to worry about any prosucution unless well you went to the PD and turned yourself in. WTF do they even bother to pull you over if the licence plate is listed as stolen? Thats so worthless, fuckin hire a PI and find out the SOB who did this, then steal his car or whatever he has, ha dont worry you wont get arrested for it, the PD dosent care, just dont commit a violent crime. Take the law into your own hands, but be carefull and plan things out first, but definatly find out who this guy is and get your $ out of him. P.S.
